Child/Senior Policy: Children 4 years old & under travel free on the lap of a paying adult. Children 5 to 11 years old eligible for Child's price. All other children and seniors receive the same low adult internet rate.
When do we pay?
A pre-payment by credit card guarantees your spot on this tour. An E-ticket will be sent to you via email, just print it off and present it at check-in on the day of your tour. Simple eh?
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited availability of Alcatraz Tickets, the charge to your credit card for the Alcatraz portion of your combo ($16.00 per person) tour is 100% non-refundable and cannot be changed. All seats on the Muir Woods & Sausalito portion of this combo are guaranteed once you receive your E-Ticket. Cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $25.00 per person processing fee. No Shows and Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
